Asset Maintenance Officer

We are seeking two experienced Asset Maintenance Officers to join our team on a temporary full-time basis up to 30 December 2027.
The roles will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options available.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidates with a total remuneration package ranging from $106,025 up to $117,363 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
Working with us The Office of Sport is the lead NSW Government agency for sport and active recreation.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.
About the role The Asset Maintenance Officers play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Office's maintenance program.
Working closely with the Manager, Asset Maintenance and Facility Management, as well as the Asset Maintenance Coordinator, this role ensures that all maintenance activities are strategically planned and successfully executed to meet organisational objectives.
About you Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in providing support in a facilities and building services environment.Project planning, management and delivery skills and experience with contract management in a building services context, with a particular focus on general maintenance or multi-disciplinary activities.Knowledge and understanding of the application of guidelines, Work Health and Safety (WH&S) legislation and regulations, NSW Government procurement and tendering processes and building services and infrastructure, including building codes and standards.Proficiency in use of range of computer software including Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office products.Attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.Experience in operating and managing an asset maintenance system.If this sounds like you and you're looking for a rewarding new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
