We are seeking a results-driven Performance & Optimisation Manager to join our operational team.
In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives across your new organisation.
The ideal candidate is an expert in project management, performance improvement, or change management.
Experience in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, upper management, and utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop effective and innovative solutions that enhance our organisational success.

About the Role: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define performance improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Utilise data analytics to monitor trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Prepare regular reports and updates for executive management on the status and progress of performance initiatives.
Utilise workflow mapping to identify optimisation opportunities within internal processes.
Work closely with the Data & Insights Team to develop and refine KPIs and measures for an operational-focused balanced scorecard.
Engage with regional and operational leadership teams regarding balanced scorecard metrics and performance initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical and clerical teams to understand operational challenges and develop targeted strategies.
About You: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
Possession of a current 'C' class Queensland Driver's License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work with key stakeholders and maintain effective partnerships.
Strong commercial awareness and business-oriented focus.
Qualifications in business or management.
