On a daily basis, you will have responsibility for the efficient operation of the car parks on the site, providing a great customer experience to the large volume of customers who use the car parks.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORYour friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success.
To be successful in this role you will:Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries);Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, and;Eligibility to work in AustraliaFull Driver's licence with excellent driving skillsBe experienced working in a busy environmentHave computer literacyBe able to work independently and as part of a teamA willingness to learn and grow with the companyValet experience preferred, but not essentialCandidates will be required to complete a national police check.In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.Due to the high volume of applications we are expecting to receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.At Wilson Parking, we are building a workforce that is representative of the community we protect.
