Your Team
Group Analytics provides centralised expertise in deriving analytical insight into our business and providing advice to stakeholders who can act on these insights.

Your roleAs an Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear and impactful insights that guide business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of operational, portfolio and management reporting dashboards.Use SAS and SQL to manipulate and transform data into information, which is then delivered to the business via Power BI or Excel reports.Support stakeholders through the provision of timely and accurate analysis and insights.Use analytical methods to answer business questions and communicate results in an understandable way to a variety of audiences.Knowledge & Qualifications: Experience in using SQL or SAS to manipulate and transform data is required.Experience in Python and any visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.Must have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.Experience in the general insurance industry is preferable, but not essential.Working at Hollard At Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
