We're looking for a driven Data and Business Insights Analyst to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDive into our data to gather, analyse, and interpret internal and external data to create insights and reports that drive smart business decisions.Collaborate with our engineering team to tap into the Carma Data Platform in Snowflake, and contribute toward building consolidated, curated, reusable and fit-for-purpose data assets for the business.Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs and keep our business on course.Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, spot opportunities, and identify areas where we can level up.Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that everyone can understand, collaborating across teams to make an impact.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.Strong analytical skills to turn complex data sets into actionable insights.Pro with data analysis and visualisation tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.Experience with SQL and database management.Detail-oriented with a sharp problem-solving mindset, leaving no stone unturned.Team player who excels at building strong relationships across the business, juggling multiple projects, and communicating effectively with different stakeholders.Undergraduate degree in data, statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field.What's in it for you?Join our high-performing, forward-thinking team and help shake up car buying in Australia.
