About the Role As an organisational change management consultant in a large scale enterprise asset management program you will implement key aspects of the organisational change management workstream:
Contribute to development of the Change Management & Engagement Strategy, addressing the unique needs of geographically and demographically dispersed stakeholder groupsEnsure that stakeholders are engaged in the extensive platform and business process changes in a manner driving rapid and sustainable adoptionIntegrated into the broader program planRequired Skills Experience in the implementation of a range of organisational change management methods, techniques and approachesStrong Communications skills to support technical and non-technical message developmentContribute to the delivery of change, driven by customer value and stakeholder impactDetailed working knowledge of change management theory and practice, communications management, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysisEnsuring stakeholder adoption is measurably embedded into BAU so our clients realise the expected benefits of the changeResponsible for building and sustaining collaboration with senior project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring of both client and Wipro teamsWhat We Offer Flexible/hybrid working culturePaid Parental LeaveOngoing training to help you reach your full potentialCorporate discounts with a variety of providersTo help us level up, you'll ideally be A nimble-minded individual, able to adjust and drive forward change in the face of evolving client requirements.
The role requires agility, resilience and a mindset that finds ways to solve problems and make things work.
As part of a global consulting practice your role will include participation in business development activities (Such as contributing to proposal development and/or delivering client presentations) and supporting internal thought leadership.
Able to self-manage, the successful candidate has worked in a variety of environments with a range of delivery approaches and can readily adapt to the different styles of working across Wipro clients.
