You will tackle complex challenges and solve critical issues across modern SaaS applications and public cloud environments like AWS.

There really is something for everyone here, whether you work in Tech, Marketing, Operations, Mathematics or Design, we are sure to have something for everyone.What you will do:SaaS System Administration: Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customisation, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics.Scripting and Automation: Perform ad-hoc coding (or low/no-coding) and integrate with APIs to improve how systems interact cohesively.On-premise Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in on-premises environments, ensuring security and efficiency.
Maintain and monitor the company's LAN, WAN, and corporate VPN networks for maximum uptime and performance.System Security: Coordinate with the Security Team to implement measures protecting data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Technical Support: Provide level-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Backup and Recovery: Manage data backup solutions, ensuring regular backups and data recovery capabilities.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, including network diagrams and system configurations.Project Management: Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.What you will bring:Prior experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator role, with proven skills in administering IT systems - SaaS applications, Public Cloud and IT Projects - in a busy environment.Bonus points if you also have:Prior experience in iGaming or Casino: Understanding of typical IT, platform, application, and cybersecurity challenges in this sector.Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Certifications: IT or Cloud certifications, including proficiency in AWS, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, or Google Cloud (GCP).Some of the perks of working for us:EAP access for you and your familyAccess to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development PlatformTwo full-time baristas for free daily coffee, tea, fresh juices, and smoothiesFREE daily catered breakfastMassage WednesdaysTeam lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on FridaysFun office environment with pool tables, table tennis, and gaming consoles'Help Yourself' Cold Drinks Fridges and massive Snack WallsWe are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo drive our success.
