We achieve these outcomes by applying a commercial focus and by building mutually respectful and productive partnerships with Indigenous Australians, government, non-government, and private sector organisations.About the RoleReporting to the Policy Manager, the Senior Program Officer works closely with the Business Solutions and other IBA teams to deliver program and project outcomes. Under limited supervision, the Senior Program Officer manages general and technical projects and undertakes specific program-related activities, identifying opportunities to improve customer journey outcomes.Duties include but are not limited to:Manage the delivery, operations, and planning for specific products or programs, meeting all KPIs while maintaining a continuous improvement approach.Under limited direction, drive and manage a range of projects, monitoring and controlling progress over the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk.Support the development and implementation of policy initiatives enhancing the quality of the customer experience, business journey, and outcomes.Assist with managing policy, process, system, and project-related change communication within the program.Maintain a Master Document Register to ensure the correct and up-to-date document information is available and keep track of all current documents in use. Provide subject matter expertise and technical advice on the system dependencies relating to customer journey, staff productivity, and Business Solutions program deliverables.Monitor systems, processes, and customer outcomes.
