35 hour work week plus Flex Time.

Salary relative to experience ranging from $116,211 to $128,061 plus super.

About the Role School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades, and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high-quality education facilities at their local public school.
Our newly established team is creating and implementing the next generation Facilities Maintenance Contract centred around Aboriginal participation, reducing administrative burden on schools and enhancing apprenticeships and traineeships.

Your role as the Senior Program Officer is accountable for ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and consultation, enabling successful program delivery through effective implementation, programming, procurement, advice, and delivery of the next generation Facilities Maintenance Contract.

Skills and Experience Highly organised and able to communicate effectively to make recommendations and inform program delivery.
Strong attention to detail to identify risks and consult on actions to be taken to meet deliverables.
Proven track record in establishing robust relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the delivery of projects and initiatives.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's goals to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential Requirements Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
