Group Safety Manager – Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
Our client, a leader in heavy industrial manufacturing, is seeking a proactive Group Safety Manager for this newly created role.
Based in their Western Sydney corporate head office and reporting directly to the Group CEO, you'll have the unique opportunity to implement a group wide consistent approach to safety ensuring the highest standards across all operations.
About the Role:
As Group Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing safety strategies, policies, and procedures that align with ISO certifications, the Integrated Management System (IMS), and all regulatory standards.
You'll work closely with site leaders and a team of site-based Safety Advisors to drive a strong safety culture, conducting audits and leading continuous improvements to enhance operational safety and minimise workplace incidents across the organisation.

About You:
Proven experience in a safety leadership role within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments across multiple site operations.
Strong understanding of regulatory standards, ISO certifications, and IMS requirements.
A proactive, hands-on approach to developing and promoting a positive safety culture.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with site leaders and employees across all levels.
