Group Sales Manager

As the Group Sales Manager at Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and performance across the organisation's portfolio of iconic venues in the Sydney CBD. This full-time role will see you collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to identify and execute strategic sales initiatives that enhance the group's profitability and market share.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing campaigns to attract new corporate, private and group bookings across the Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group venuesIdentifying and securing high-value sales opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline and negotiating contracts to maximise revenueBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners, corporate clients and event organisers to drive repeat businessAnalysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise the group's sales strategyLeading, coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives to consistently exceed their sales targetsCollaborating cross-functionally with the operations, marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and profitabilityWhat we're looking for Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role, ideally within the hospitality, events or tourism sectorsExceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clientsStrong commercial acumen and the capacity to analyse data, identify trends and develop effective sales strategiesDemonstrable experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targetsAdaptable and solutions-oriented, with the agility to respond to changing market conditionsPassionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiencesWhat we offer Competitive remuneration packageOngoing training and development opportunities to support your career growthFlexible work arrangements to achieve a healthy work-life balanceDiscounts and perks across the Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group venuesVibrant, collaborative and supportive team environmentAbout us Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group is a leading hospitality organisation that operates a portfolio of iconic dining and drinking destinations across Sydney's CBD.
