With a long history of delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to some of the most well-known brands, the Pact Packaging Health and Personal Care division is looking for an energetic Sales Manager.
Job DescriptionAs Sales Manager, you will develop sales opportunities for Pact's Health and Personal care packaging products through engagement of existing and new customers and will manage customers at state and national level.
This is a great opportunity to step up your sales experience in packaging to the next level as you specialise in your category.

This role is based at Minto and works closely with our customers in New South Wales.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager- Health and Personal Care, you will:
Ensure that the customer base is served including management of customer relationship, accurate and timely orders/forecasting/inventory/slow stock management and development of new product and business opportunities with both new and existing customers.Develop and maintain Account Plans for customers.Conduct regular customer business review meetings.Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies.Prepare and present detailed reporting and analysis on business activities.Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business.Develop and update the sales plan to achieve the sales budget for the allocated accounts.Prepare weekly forecasts as to the current and future months' forecast sales for allocated accounts.Represent the customer's "voice" within the business and ensuring that their experience throughout PACT is aligned with the strategic importance of the account.Your skills and experience With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen, you will also bring:
