We are currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead our sales operations to new heights.
Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving our national sales initiatives, managing and expanding our customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities for the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans for improvement.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering results.If you're ready to lead a dynamic sales team in an exciting industry and make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you
