About Us:At Fancee car, we are a leading car wrapping and automotive customization shop, offering services including car wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and more. We take pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients and transforming vehicles into works of art. We are now looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our customer base, boost sales, and continue providing top-notch service to car enthusiasts and owners alike.Position Overview:As our Sales Manager, you will lead our sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and work closely with our team to drive business growth. Your background in the automotive industry, particularly with experience in smash repair, car sales, or related fields, will be crucial as you help us reach new clients and elevate our brand. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage our sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for car wraps, PPF, tinting, and other services.Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries, provide expert guidance on services, and upsell additional products and services.Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to keep our offerings competitive.Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to improve their performance and product knowledge.Coordinate promotional activities and assist with marketing efforts to drive inbound leads.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role, ideally within the automotive industry (smash repair, car sales, etc.).Strong knowledge of car wraps, PPF, tinting, and automotive customization services is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.A customer-focused attitude with the ability to solve problems and handle objections effectively.Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Previous experience managing a sales team is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A passion for cars and the automotive industry is a big plusWhy Join Us:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health and retirement options.Monday to Friday work schedule (9 AM to 5 PM), with weekends offOpportunity to work in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.Be part of a growing business with a talented and passionate team.Employee discounts on services (car wraps, tinting, PPF, etc.).If you're a motivated sales leader with a passion for cars and automotive customization, we'd love to hear from you Apply today to join our team and help drive our business forward.
