The day to dayALS Environmental is seeking an established Team Leader to run a small team in the warehouse for Bottle Dispatch.
You will be responsible for 4-5 staff, receiving, preparing, and dispatching client bottle orders to collect environmental samples.
This Full-Time role will be based at our Brisbane - Stafford site.
For the successful person, ALS offers front-line leadership course, forklift ticket, and dangerous goods (DG) license.
Duties and responsibilities include: Mentoring and managing a small teamHands-on approach with warehousing dutiesEnsuring all team KPIs are met and exceededEnsuring all customer orders are filled and dispatched on time and in accordance with quality proceduresMonitoring and managing stock levels to ensure supplyEnsuring international orders are sent as per dangerous regulationsMaintaining records of dispatched ordersEnsuring supply of pressure cleaned eskies to regional officesEnsuring the bottle preparation area is maintained in an orderly stateEnsuring bottles are forwarded to the QC staff on receipt for contamination checksWeekly meetings with managementAny other duties as requested by Line Manager, Support Team Leader, or Customer Service/Project Coordinator.The EssentialsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
