Sacca's Fine Foods is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Pastry Chef.
Sacca's is a fast-growing family business known for our fresh produce and great service to the community.
We have expanded our business into a full-service Café/Restaurant with a complete menu, espresso bar, fresh cakes, donuts, and gelato.
About the RoleWe seek a creative and passionate individual to join our team, making and creating delicious cakes, tarts, éclairs, biscuits, donuts, and desserts.
Experience in a similar style of kitchen is essential.
Early mornings and weekend availability are required.
Skills and ExperiencePastry Cook QualificationPassion and CreativityAttention to detail, creativity, and consistencyStrong work ethic with excellent organizational skills and ability to comply with hygiene and safety regulationsRelevant 2 to 3 years of previous experienceAbility to use kitchen equipment safelyWork efficiently and be time-consciousPlease forward your resume with a letter outlining your trade skills and previous roles.
