ABOUT THE BUILDER This emerging builder has over the last few years built a business that operates in multiple sectors, completing a large range of commercial projects from health, aged care, education - primary to tertiary, industrial, fitout and refurbs.
ABOUT THE CULTURE The owners likes to keep things simple, if there is a problem on your project talk to them, talk to the client, talk to the subbies.
Being open and honest is what their clients and subbies had come to love about working with them.
Their straight forward communication allows everyone to do their best work, learn from each other and stay in front of the game as much as possible.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY They currently have a small education project of $1mil that involves some new build and refurbishment that they wish to hire a Junior Foreman to run for them.
It is starting in February and will be running on a 5 day a week programme.
You will work directly with the Directors who have been managing this project since the tender stage and will be able to get you straight up to speed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Some experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on commercial projects and your site supervisors licence or in the process of getting one.
