Developer looking for a new Junior Site Foreman (Structure/Finishes) to work with the Site Manager on our Midrise Projects. We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in Midrise Apartments. This is a permanent role with long-term work in the pipeline.Brisbane Project LocationsProjects typically 5 - 10 Stories plus Basement Car ParkBuilder/Developer with continual work in the pipelinePermanent Position | Strong Salary PackageImmediate start is availableJunior Site Foreman (Structure/Finishes) to join our Project/Development division. We have developments under construction in Brisbane and are seeking a capable Junior Site Foreman (Structure/Finishes) that can deliver these projects. The business is a well-regarded Builder/Developer that has developed an excellent reputation for high-quality developments and as an excellent employer.As the Junior Site Foreman (Structure/Finishes) on the project, reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction project. Your duties will include but are not limited to:Management of the full life cycle of the construction project from early works, the structure through to finishes.Reading construction plans and drawings.Management of all company site staff – including Leading Hands and Site labour.Management of tower crane and logistical issues.Strong understanding and implementation of OH&S management and Site Safety.Direction and management of multiple sub-contractors.Assisting with the construction programme ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget – weekly and monthly programme meetings.To be suitable for this position, you are expected to possess the following skills:Trade background or similar and progress to a Junior Site Foreman (Structure/Finishes).A QLD Builders License is preferred.A strong understanding of structure as well as a high-end quality finish.Experience in delivering apartment projects in Australia.Availability to start a new position.Good communicator with a positive attitude towards building multi-story apartment projects.Basic computer literacy skills.On offer:A strong salary package.Long-term position for the right applicant.Work with a well-regarded Queensland owned Builder/Developer with a strong reputation in quality residential apartment construction.Only Australian Permanent Residents may apply.
