With operations across Australia, our Queensland division specialises in piling, ground anchors, shotcrete, and site remediation, along with project management for large civil infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity

Due to increasing demand, ShoringCo's Queensland division is seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors and Site Foremen to join our team.
These roles will be pivotal in delivering high-quality projects across the region while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
Coordinate and manage daily site activities, including piling, excavation, shotcrete, and other ground engineering works.
Ensure compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and relevant regulations.
Monitor progress against project schedules and report on-site activities.
Identify and resolve on-site issues, liaising with project engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required.
Promote and enforce strict adherence to OH&S standards, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or Foreman in ground engineering, piling, or civil infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
Practical problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to site management.
Comprehensive knowledge of OH&S legislation and safe work practices.
Experience with piling, ground anchors, shotcrete, and other ground engineering techniques is highly regarded.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Must have the right to work in Australia and experience working in Australian construction environments.
