As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the team.

You'll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and adherence to all project specifications is maintained.
You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About you

Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on Civil Construction Projects Knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & Concreting Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) Current Driver Licence Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices Why work with Shadforth?
