Senior Surveyor

Shadforth are a leading Civil Contractor that have a strong reputation working across a diverse range of projects in Southeast Queensland, including Subdivisions, Infrastructure, Community Projects, and Roadworks.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our in-house survey team to support projects across the North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Regions.
Reporting to the Regional Survey Supervisor, this role is ideally suited to an experienced surveyor wanting to take the next step in their career.
As part of our team your responsibilities will include: Supervision of survey staff and allocation of daily tasksLiaise with construction and engineering teamsCarry-out survey tasks across multiple projectsPerform calculations and set-up site survey worksPerform quality checks during constructionGood knowledge of GPS machine guidance and filesTrouble shoot problems on siteEnsure compliance with all WHS procedures About you Tertiary qualification in surveying will be held in high regardPrevious experience in construction, ideally in civilSkilled in survey related 12D softwareA strong commitment to safetyEffective communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate resultsStrong work ethicQLD manual driver's licence Why work with Shadforth?
