CIVIL FOREMAN - SUBDIVISION, ROADS & BULK EARTHWORKSB & L Civil is a privately-owned Civil Engineering contractor based in Brisbane.
We are a reputable contractor in Queensland's Civil Construction Industry.
We are experts in all aspects of residential civil construction including: subdivisions, stormwater, sewer, water reticulation, road construction and re-rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, landscaping and environmental remediation works.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Manage and coordinate all staff and subcontractors on siteCoordinate trades and labourManage WHSOrganise all materials requiredEnsure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Subdivisions, Roads and Bulk EarthworksExcellent organisational and communication skillsCommitment to providing a quality product and customer serviceProvide support to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer by leading the civil workersExperience in reporting and policy monitoringConstruction white card and relevant ticketsWHAT WE OFFER Full time permanent positionCompetitive salary packageCompany vehicle, phone and iPadLong term job stability with a long pipeline of workOpportunities to grow and upskillONLY APPLICANTS WITH SUBDIVISION, ROADS & BULK EARTHWORKS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED Your application will include the following questions:
