At Aussie Broadband, we're looking for five Product Managers who can shape the future of our offerings across the business and to all of our customers.
If you have a proven ability to leverage customer insights and competitive analysis , craft compelling product communications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful results, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Key Qualities We're Seeking:
Strategic Vision: Ability to create clear product roadmaps informed by deep customer and market insights.
Strong Communication Skills: Craft messaging that resonates with customers and stakeholders.
Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, developers, and business teams.
Technical Expertise: Understanding of relevant technologies in your domain.
How will you support our "Why?"
We're driven by a mission to deliver game-changing and transformational projects that redefine the telecom and tech landscape.
Each of these roles will contribute to that mission in unique ways:
Voice Product Manager
Focus: Strong understanding of voice and collaboration products (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex).
Some of the capabilities include Call Termination Services (CTS), Inbound Routing, Hosted PBX, and on-premises call solutions.
Preferred Background: Telco and Fixed Voice Products.
Fixed Internet Product Manager
Focus: Fixed-line services for residential and business customers including NBN TC4 and other carriage technologies.
This role requires a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and the ability to drive commercial decision making.
Preferred Background: Telco experience or consulting expertise.
Digital Channels Product Managers
Focus: A strong understanding of the digital development lifecycle processes that include Ideation, UX/UI design, development, QA, user testing, and measuring the success of features.
You'll need to regularly collaborate with designers to create unique features and solve problems through outstanding user experiences.
Preferred Background: Service Design, UX/UI, Mobile App, or web experience.
Infrastructure & Hardware Product Manager
Focus: Drive strategies for hardware and network infrastructure in MSP, Telco, or vendor environments.
Networking Hardware and Enterprise Networking experience with an ability to collaborate across all engineering disciplines.
Preferred Background: Hardware and Enterprise Networking experience.

About Us Aussie Broadband is an Australian operated telecommunications company that was formed in 2008 and is based in Morwell Victoria, Australia.
The company's main focus is nbn (NBN) subscription plans and bundles to residential homes, small businesses, not-for-profits, corporate/enterprise and managed service providers.
As a licensed carrier, the company provides these services through a wholesale agreement with NBN Co, a mix of leased backhaul infrastructure from third parties and its own network equipment.
The company also offers a range of other telecommunications services including VoIP, mobile plans and handsets, entertainment bundles through its partnership with Fetch TV and connections through its own fibre, the OptiComm network and its white label platform.
With its acquisition of Over the Wire, the company is also a Tier 1 voice provider, and offers a range of tailored cloud, connect and collaborate solutions to business, government and enterprise customers.
