I am seeking a passionate and experienced Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator for my Fitout, Newbuild & Refurbishment client.
To deliver fitout projects up to $15M & newbuild up to $30M.

Key Responsibilities Supporting the project team in the preparation and execution during the procurement of subcontractors and implementing the project procurement strategy Negotiate and review subcontract tenders including preparation of tender comparison for review Perform assessment of variations, negotiation of progress claims, and the agreement of final accounts Prepare, check and review subcontractor packages, scopes of work, lettings and procurement schedule Management of client and subcontractor claims process in accordance with the contract Understand and manage subcontractor contractual risk Manage and assess variations, cash flow and liaison with major subcontractors Manage contract finalisation including defects, manuals and variations Co-ordination and compilation of monthly reports Required Skills Degree in Construction Management or relevant qualification/experience.
