$73,150 + super) Full Job Description: Roadside Traffic Management Pty Ltd manages all traffic related operations, from Traffic Controllers to Plans to Permits.
Our priority is to ensure that we provide our clients with a safe working environment to ensure the safety of the general public, Road Users, your site staff and our Traffic Controllers.
We are recruiting candidates to work for us as a Contract Administrator, full time at 38 h/w.
Qualifications & Experience: AQF Diploma (Level 5 equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Administration or Law.
Other fields may be considered on a case by case basis, especially those with a Certificate III in Business, Administration or a Law related field.At least 2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under pressureSound interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationshipsProficiency in MS OfficeCandidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to comprehend the risk associated with the contract terms and formulate contract terms in the best interest of the objectives of Roadside Traffic Management Pty Ltd.Main Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing, assessing, and negotiating changes to contracts, programs, projects, and servicesResolving inquiries concerning contracts and services renderedResearch and resolve critical issues throughout the contracts termAdministering documentation linked with contracts, programs, projects, and delivered servicesOverseeing work by contractors and implementing/reporting on contractual variationsCollaborating with organisational departments to ensure objectives are being metProviding advice to senior management on pertinent matters and executing their directivesAnalysing and collating data, reporting on contractual/project outcomesSalary: A$73,150 base plus Super plus benefits.
Salary commensurate with experience.
