Position : Contract Administrator
Salary : $80,000
Superannuation : 11.5%
Hours per week : 38 hours
Category : Full Time
We are looking for a Contract Administrator for negotiation, drafting, administer and manage our company contracts.
Key Accountabilities:
1.
Draft contracts and agreements in accordance with Code of Conduct and other relevant laws
2.
Administer and manage agreements pertaining to educational institutions, students and clients
3.
Reviewing and advising variations of contracts/agreements from time to time
4.
Maintain records pertaining to contracts of clients, students, educational institutions and staff
5.
Deal with any disputes arising out of contracts/agreements and act responsibly in dispute resolution process
Appropriate candidate must have the following education, experience and skills:
Qualifications: Bachelor degree, Advanced Diploma or diploma in Business or Accounting field
Experience: At least 2 years of full time related experience
Key Skills
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
· Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
· A proactive and solutions oriented approach to problem solving
NOTE:
Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
