An exciting opportunity to join the Office of the Chief Finance Office.
You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to ensure the effective coordination of relevant documentation, including the provision of comprehensive and timely information for Corporate Services and the Office of the Chief Finance Officer.

What you will be doing

Deliver high quality advice and coordination support to colleagues and senior management on a range of topics within critical timeframes.
Manage a high volume of requests for information because of enquiries made to the Offices of the Minister and Director-General and Deputy Director-General, Corporate Services.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in managing all knowledge and information relating to enquiries received by the Offices of the Minister and Director-General.
Undertake high level research and analysis of information relevant to allocated projects.
Provide inter and intra directorate liaison on behalf of the Office of the Chief Finance Officer.
Prepare submissions, reports and correspondence on sensitive and diverse issues as required; including coordinating, developing and implementing of Cabinet and Parliamentary requests as directed.
Participate as part of a cohesive, high performing team.
Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
