Process End-to-end payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis for approximately 650 employees across multiple entities Process superannuation, PAYG and other payroll related deductions Analyse and validate time & attendance records, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and legislation Prepare final payment calculations, workers compensation and other adhoc pay calculations Maintain employee data accuracy across multiple systems Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Modern Awards Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for payroll queries Partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders on a day to day basis Assist the payroll manager with adhoc tasks and duties as required You have...
Minimum 2 years experience with high volume end to end payroll processing Experience and knowledge of Modern Awards, preferably the Storage Services and Wholesale Award Experience in ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime (Kronos Workforce Ready) is highly regarded but not essential.
A good working knowledge of end to end payroll and its complexities A strong analytical background and proficient Excel skills including the use of Vlookups, Pivot tables etc.
