Customer Service Team Leader

The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at our Queanbeyan site.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to drive positive change and structure within our customer service department.
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the team, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
