ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialized fit-out projects across Canberra.
With the management team's focus on progressing their staff, you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career.
DUTIES.
Progress claims, variations, RFI's Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Review and negotiate subcontract terms Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Building related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essential Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industry CULTURE.
