Support Worker

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:
Support Worker Positions available for both New Entrant & Experienced applicants Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rates from $29.06- $31.74p/h + 11.5% super Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients Goonellabah NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Chilcotts Grass, Alstonville & Wollongbar.
Key Requirements:
Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Friday Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essential Your New Role:
Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support Client Support: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygiene Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings Experienced Applicant Tasks Only
