Disability Support Worker

About this role:Programmed Care are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers to work ongoing rosters with clients in the Maclean community. We have a variety of shifts available with ongoing rosters developed in advance.This is a rewarding opportunity where you can really make a difference in the lives of your clients & empower them to achieve their goals.Duties include, but are not limited to:
Personal care
Community Access
Medication
Key criteria:
Current Certificate III or IV Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
Experience with clients with complex needs in an Aged Care or Community setting
Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and current car insurance
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers Clearance (Or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check
