Mentors proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment.
Mentors achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.
Mentors tailor their services for individual needs so that job seekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
