Permanent, Full-Time Role - Working within our Mackay officesCompetitive salary + Salary Packaging and 17.5% Leave LoadingUse your sales and customer service skills to change people's livesMylestones supports thousands of people with a disability reach their potential and find a job they love.We are seeking applications for a Caseload Contract Officer position to work in our Mackay location.Successful applicants will possess strong administrative skills in retrieving and maintaining documentation along with strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.In this role, you will be negotiating job plans, scheduling client appointments and monitoring action plans, whilst completing accurate documentation of progress notes and outcome claim forms.You will need to share our passion for what we do in this KPI driven environmentAs an established values-based organisation, we are committed to high quality outcomes for our clients.
