Our client is a leading agency with a highly productive and professional team representing the Eastern Suburbs Real Estate market.
Currently seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to join their team, this position will see you being the right-hand man to the Operations Manager.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact
Not only will you oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, but you'll also provide essential support to the Property Management team.
It's a position that offers a refreshing change of pace and endless opportunities for personal and professional growth
The Duties: Welcoming and onboarding new team members Efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments Providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression Ensuring our meeting rooms are ready to impress clients Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory Processing agency agreements Listing properties across various channels Organizing keys for property management Post, Bank & general ad hoc duties The Candidate: Highly organized and efficient Previous reception or administrative experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Have an interest in the Real Estate Industry Immaculate personal presentation Ideally have a Cert of Registration and a Car.
