About You A team player who collaborates to achieve the best outcomes within a fast-paced environmentOpen to learning, adapting and developing your skills to suit the needs of the project and businessAn excellent communicator, both written and verbally, with strong attention to detailAbout the Team The Marketing team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne's enriching experiences.
Through the delivery of compelling campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, offer, community and services.
Your Skills and Experience (key criteria) A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum three years' marketing or agency experience leading campaigns for commercial returnProven marketing knowledge of the arts, entertainment or tourism sectorsExperience in building exemplary stakeholder management with a focus on building strong relationshipsProven experience in negotiating and problem solving complex issuesProven experience in project coordination of marketing activityAs a valued member of our ensemble, you will enjoy a number of fantastic benefits including the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets, food & beverage discounts, discounted commuter benefits and onsite-parking, access to well-being activities and learning and development programs.
