Customer Banking Specialist Relief - South West Area - Full-TimeCommonwealth Bank of Australia, Melbourne, Australia
This role will be based at Geelong West; however, it will require travel to the following branches as per business requirements: Geelong, Belmont, Torquay, Lara, Corio, Ocean Grove, Waurn Ponds.

Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial AdviceSupport customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit productsComplete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changesEducate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customersProblem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures, driving our risk-adverse cultureWe're interested in hearing from people who have: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitalityExcellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear wayThe ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you doAbility to work in a retail environment that's busy and commercially drivenA genuine interest in building a career with CommBankWith us, you'll help customers make informed financial decisions to achieve their goals.
