Beefy's are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager with prior experience within Food Service Management to manage our newly opened Cannon Hill store.AWARD WINNING PRODUCTSPOSITIVE TEAM ENVIRONMENTBeefy's is a well-established, Multi Award winning group of boutique Pie Bakery Cafes, with 12 stores across South East Queensland & NSW.Our skilled and friendly team have an enviable reputation for excellence in customer service and high-quality product offerings.Currently seeking an experienced Manager, with great organisational and team building skills and a demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction.In this position you will enjoy:Friendly positive team environmentWell established systemsFull training providedBirthday leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramA variety of dutiesDiscounts on our yummy foodThe successful candidate will:Already have an extensive history within the food service/retail industry.Display warmth and enthusiasm, with a friendly positive outlook and a can-do attitude.Be able to bring the best out of the members of their team.Be flexible, adaptable reliable and very much hands-on.This position is based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (working every 2nd weekend). You will be required to work a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts, so you must be able to work varying shifts between the hours of 4.30am to 6pm.Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.The Store Manager's duties will include:Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the Number One priorityEnsuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanlinessTraining, supervising, mentoring, developing and coaching team membersManagement of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastageImplementing operational policies and effectively managing back office administrationMaintaining knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food SafetyPlanning and managing rostersPromoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have funPreferably a minimum of 2 years previous Food Service/ Café/ Bakery Management experience and proven ability leading, developing and mentoring a team.Customer service focused, with the ability to engage new customers and maintain returning customer relationships.Ability to achieve store Key Performance Indicators.Ability to inspire, train, develop and motivate a team.Highly organised with effective time management and communication skills.Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and honest.Ability to build solid professional relationships within the store team and greater network, as well as with customers, suppliers and contractors.Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kgs.If this role sounds exciting to you, please apply with your resume and a short letter introducing yourself.Beefy's thanks all applicants in advance for their interest in this position and advise that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
