More about you - Assistant Store Manager As part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations.
You will bring your confidence, energy, and passion for customer service, influencing your team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process: Visual Merchandising Store Administration Training & coaching of new team members Effectively delegating & managing the team Providing leadership & guidance to the team Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels Being an energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner The successful applicants will also have: Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team Excellent communication and organizational skills A happy, friendly, and energetic personality A desire to deliver high-quality customer service A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful Would you like to know more?
