This is an amazing opportunity to make an impact and manage a new team in our Whitford store in WAAbout The OpportunityKey responsibilities will include:Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, resolving customer issues as they arise.Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role.Monitor, review and manage store sales performance against targets, driving improvements as required.Complete store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Manage and maintain store expenses within budget.Roster team members for effective store coverage and in accordance with Award and budget requirements.Ensure all team members maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, stock presentation, and housekeeping standards.Manage the minimisation of loss or damage to stock and assets in store.Conduct localised competitor activity by scooping the local market and providing feedback to the Regional Manager.About YouTo be successful in this role you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:Passion for, or experience in homewares highly regarded.Strong interest or qualifications in interior design/decoration highly regarded.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.Drive to succeed and run a highly profitable store.Exceptional customer focus, being passionate about the customer and the brand.Be part of our 5-year plan to expand the retail footprint.Opportunity to develop your career and grow with the business.Work with a beautiful product range that you will love.Very generous staff discounts on our entire range of beautiful products.On-site parking at our store locations.Be part of our family-run business where you will feel like you are part of the work family.No gruelling hours that other retailers expect, allowing you to balance your work and life commitments.What's Next:If this sounds like you, submit your application now by attaching a cover letter and resume, outlining why you are the perfect fit for this role.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?How many years' experience do you have as a store manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in a sales role?How many years of retail management experience do you have?How many years of people management experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary?
