The RoleMake a difference in our community
The MCH Planning and Projects Coordinator is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of various projects within the MCH Service.
This position works in partnership with the MCH Leadership team and relevant stakeholders within a continual improvement philosophy to improve health and development outcomes for children and their families.
This is an opportunity to join a strong MCH leadership team.
About youIf you are an experienced MCH Nurse, you:
Are a Div 1 nurse / midwife with a postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Studies.Have a strong understanding of the MCH Service Framework and are passionate about achieving positive outcomes for all children and families through continuous improvement, and leading change.Are a critical thinker, have a proven track record of using an implementation approach to translate research into practice, and are capable of applying creative and innovative solutions to drive and motivate change.Value working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, building strong networks to achieve agreed goals and outcomes.This sounds like you, then you should definitely apply
