Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
Metamorf Engineering (incorporating SDA Engineering) is an Industry leading technology and engineering Company, based in Adelaide, that has developed unique patented technologies that transform biomass into biochar, heat and related carbon products, that have a significant, positive impact on the environment.

Our team of engineers and technical staff work at the cutting edge of development and application of climate positive carbon technologies.

The Applicant The successful applicants will bring:
Engineering degree with relevant experience as a minimum PLC programming skills, especially Allen Bradley experience SCADA / HMI programming including industrial communications protocols such as Modbus Computer skills including coding experience (Python) and working with cloud databases desirable Experience or capability to work on process control systems, especially medium to high temperature, combustion and/or pyrolysis, steam boilers, thermal management and associated processes Design skills (design of switchboards, control panels, wiring schematics etc.
in AutoCAD) Specification, selection and procurement of parts, including custom items such as electrical panels, and instrumentation Witness testing / FAT of equipment where required Supervision of installation of control panels and switchboards Testing and commissioning of the above From 5 years to more than 10 years relevant experience in any of the following areas: pyrolysis / combustion systems, steam boilers, high temperature processes, heat recovery, process instrumentation and control, gas engine generators, material handling, conveyors.
Experience with power generation and utility network connections will be viewed favourably CAD design, word processing and excel spreadsheet proficiency.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Most importantly, an interest in learning and trying new things, as there is always more to the job
