Our company group is a diverse mix of developers, squad leads, DevOps engineers, designers, and marketers. We are currently entering our next phase of growth, which means we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior software developer to join the WorkingMouse team.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices and adherence to coding standards.Work with our clients to determine business requirements and the associated acceptance criteria.Develop requirements into functional and technical specifications, then work with developers to implement these requirements into effective solutions.Accurately maintain system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, problem and resolution knowledge bases, and documentation produced during the system life cycle.Ensure integrity, security, and confidentiality of our systems.Gain experience working on a solution architecture committee and collaborating with solution architects.As a member of WM, you will embody our core values and inspire others to do the same. Connection with EmpathyMastery with PractiseBalance with DirectionPlay with PurposeWe'd be thrilled if you have: 8+ years' experience in software development.Worked in a technical lead role previously.Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React (utilising TypeScript) and proficiency in C# or Java development.Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to engage in constructive debate.Highly regarded technical knowledge: DevOps & Model-Driven Development concepts.Note: you do not need to have all the above requirements – we'd train you up even if you have half of the above-mentioned requirements.
