Role Overview: As the Full Stack Developer, you will be at the heart of designing, developing, and managing applications that leverage a range of cutting-edge technologies.
Your expertise will span across Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, MS .NET, Xamarin, Kubernetes, and cloud services like Azure and AWS.
You will also create seamless user interfaces using React and Angular, and integrate these with SharePoint.
Technical Summary: C# .NET ReactJS SharePoint On-Prem SharePoint Online SPFx (SharePoint Framework) REST API Unit Testing Full Stack Development Agile SQL Server Azure Services (Desirable) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring they meet timelines and budget requirements.
Negotiate project scopes, plan activities, and oversee implementation to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
Offer high-level technical analysis and support for complex system and service issues.
Collaborate with ICT team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions for learning, teaching, and administration.
Ensure operational systems adhere to service level requirements and effectively manage complex operational issues.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and operational procedures to support and enhance information systems.
Mentor and coach ICT Officers, fostering professional growth and providing supervision.
Guide the team in Agile practices and enhance scrum maturity.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and promote best practices in database and application software.
Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrable experience in full-stack development, with advanced skills in C#, .NET, ReactJS, SharePoint (On-Prem and Online), SPFx, REST API, Unit Testing, SQL Server, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Azure Services is a plus.
Proven ability to lead technical projects, manage scopes, and resolve complex issues.
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
