Educational Lead And Lead Educators

Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Active Kids Early Learning Centre is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educational Lead and Lead Educators to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, Queensland.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational program and leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for the children in our centre.
What you'll be doing Develop, implement, and continuously improve the educational program, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to the teaching team to enhance their skills and professional development Foster positive relationships with children, families and the wider community Maintain accurate records, observations and assessments to support each child's learning and development Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating and conducive to children's growth Contribute to the overall operations and continuous improvement of the centre What we're looking for Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education Experience in an educational lead or senior educator role within the childcare sector Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-quality educational programs Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing and supporting teaching teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant childcare regulations Passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to promoting the well-being and learning of young children What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Discounted childcare fees for your own children Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance About us Active Kids Early Learning Centre is a well-established, family-owned childcare provider with a reputation for delivering exceptional early childhood education.
