This includes sound supplier and stakeholder management, risk management, and ongoing model management fully leveraging IAG's capability to reduce complexity, improve productivity, balance short- and long-term outcomes, manage risk, enhance collaboration, and improve governance.This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.About YouExtensive experience in preparation, negotiation, renewal, and management of commercial arrangements in a large and complex corporate environment ideally in the insurance industry.Deep knowledge of category management and sourcing.Well-developed commercial acumen, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written to manage complex business transactions and influence stakeholder relationships.Advanced experience with Excel and data analysis.Experience with proposal writing.Knowledge of strategy procurement and benefits delivery.Joining IAG, you'll have access to :Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.5 myLeave days per year on top of annual leave.Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave, available from the day you start, for both primary and secondary carers.Dedicated career growth programs, including the award-winning IAG Academy.Award-winning recognition and reward program.ABOUT USNRMA Insurance has been protecting what matters for 100 years.
