is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join our team We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child's holistic self.ABOUT THE SERVICE:
92 place single story service, walking distance to local shopsCaters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a unique atelier.Strong management team to coach and guide you through your careerUtilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.Opening hours - 6:30am-6:30pm - Monday-FridayBENEFITS:

Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor (Essential)Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcareBe willing to support and guide the teamA valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtainCurrent First Aid Certificate or willing to obtainAvailable to open and close when requiredHave knowledge of the Reggio Emilia ApproachBe an excellent communicatorContribute to exceeding outcomes for children and EducatorsHOW TO APPLY:
