Assistant in Nursing, Kitchen Hand, Cleaner (Aged Care)Atlas Care WA is looking for professionals to work at various aged care facilities across Perth.Below roles all require Aged Care experience - candidates with no aged care experience please DO NOT apply.
Applications will not be considered.Assistant in Nursing:Provide high-quality care and support to residents, fostering their dignity and independence.Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.Create a warm and friendly environment, encouraging social interaction and engagement.Qualifications:Certificate III or above.Minimum 3 months work experience (applicants with only placement experience need not apply).Applicants with full working rights will be given priority.Kitchen Hand:Assist Chef with preparing quality meals for residents in aged care facilities.
Familiar with diet types, textures, fluid consistencies, and temperature.
Familiar with aged care food and fluid care plans.Assist chefs in preparing ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring.Prepare sandwiches and salads for residents.Carry out basic cooking tasks under the supervision of the head cook or chef when required.Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking materials in compliance with health regulations.Cleaner (Aged Care Experience):Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.Disinfect high-touch surfaces to promote infection control and safety.Knowledge of color-coded cleaning chemicals and usage is essential.What's on offer:Competitive remuneration.24/7 admin support.Retail/service employee discounts.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have in an Aged Care Role?To help fast track investigation, please include any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent/misleading/discriminatory.
