This role is part of the St Vincent's Lismore 40+ catering team and reports directly to our Catering Manager.
In this role you will provide kitchen hand services and relief cook support as required. Excellent customer service, teamwork, quality care, and food safety are all essential in this role, with your everyday tasks including:
Working as part of a positive, well-oiled team to prepare and serve high quality food to patients, residents, and employees across the St Vincent's campusMaintaining excellent food safety standards in all aspects of food preparation, storage, and deliveryCleaning work benches, cool rooms and equipment in line with all relevant safety guidelines, and reporting defects, maintenance, and safety issues as they ariseWe have 2 x permanent part-time positions available on a rotating roster for a Kitchen Hand and Cook, based at our St Vincent's Lismore campus.
