Job DescriptionOur Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers.
Join our team as a Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client who has a national footprint.
Based in North Sydney, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contractSuccessful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiationsOngoing client relationship managementIncreasing the average tenure term across the portfoliosIncreasing the security and utility of tenureAchieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease durationsQualificationsThe skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealing with major landlordsAbility to negotiate lease clausesProperty management experience; retail, commercial and industrialExcellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clientsIn return we offer excellent remuneration, a professional corporate environment and the opportunity to work with major clients alongside some of the most experienced property management professionals in the industry.
